My name is Shannaw(Shaw-naw) Martin. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over sixteen years. I specialize in working with your muscles as a whole through a unique style of re-educating the muscles to achieve balance through active and passive stretching, Manual Ligament Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Deep Tissue.

Together we can solve your body's issues by doing a little detective work with how you do life! Some examples: your ergonomics at work, sleep, play etc, injuries great or small, workout, stretch, surgeries, pregnancy and delivery.
